Hello!
Values in Action welcomes 2015 & Spring Semester as well as a new Student Leader. My name is Hannah Marie Hron and I'll be serving as the leader while Sofia is studying abroad in Morocco.
I'll be posting much more about upcoming volunteer events VIA will participate in, as well as other updates and news from around the world in the Secular & Non-Secular World.
Stay Tuned!
Hamline's VIA program allows students who identify as Humanist, Unitarian or Atheist (or anyone) the opportunity to get involved with service work, explore interfaith connections, and break down the stereotype that non-theistic individuals have no place in which to be a moral agent, and do good in the world. VIA is inspired by Chris Stedman’s atheist-interfaith engagement groups at Harvard and Yale. (Author of "Faitheist – How an Atheist Found Common Ground with the Religious", 2012).
Statement of Purpose
We strive to build bridges with those who are searching, and those who have found their own truths.
